Are pets allowed at Hacienda del Sol?

Yes, we allow cats and dogs to stay with a few restrictions; a non-refundable fee of $100 will be charged at the time of check-in and $25 per day for each additional night. While our rooms are spacious, no more than two (2) domestic pets weighing no more than seventy-five (75) pounds each are allowed per room. Pets are restricted to ground level room types only. Are there dining options on-site?

Yes, Hacienda Del Sol offers two restaurants — The Grill for fine dining and Terraza Garden Patio & Lounge for casual fare. Both serve locally inspired dishes and feature views of the Tucson landscape.

Are there Yoga classes on the resort?

Yes! Hacienda del Sol offers Yoga classes every Sunday morning, complimentary for hotel guests; all others must to register ahead of time.

Is Hacienda Del Sol pet-friendly?

Yes, the resort welcomes cats and dogs in select rooms. A non-refundable pet fee applies, and pets must be leashed in public areas.

What time is check-in and check-out at Hacienda del Sol?

Check-in is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM.
Late departure requests are granted on day of departure, based on availability. Fees apply.

Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.

What is the cancellation policy?

In the event you need to cancel your room reservation, please contact a front desk agent at 520-299-1501 at least 72 hours prior to your arrival date to avoid a cancelation charge. Not canceling at least 3 days prior to your arrival will result in a charge for one night and tax. No show reservations will be charged one night and tax. Cancelations within 7 days and no-show reservations on any Advanced Purchase rate will be charged for the first night room and tax.
