Fresh ingredients grown right on the resort grounds are used daily by our talented chefs.

Much of the gardens produce, when in season, are incorporated into our chef’s menu each day, including basil and mint, rosemary, oregano, chervil, sorrel, chives, garlic, cilantro, parsley, tarragon, marjoram, lavender, lemongrass and thyme.

Scattered across the resort’s 34-acres, the Hacienda’s gardens and trees offer a variety of edibles from native and international arid plants to fruits and flowers, both decorative and edible. Discover up to 12 types of citrus trees including kumquats, blood oranges, Myer lemons, oranges and grapefruit and seasonal foods such as Swiss chard, Japanese eggplant and many varieties of lettuce.
