How do I choose the right treatment for myself?
If you need help choosing the right treatment or would like more information about available services please speak with one of our knowledgeable spa therapists and they will be happy to help you choose the perfect treatment for your unique needs.

How should I dress for my spa treatment?
Disrobe to your level of comfort. A robe and spa sandals are available for use in all guestrooms.

What if I have health concerns?
Please talk with our spa therapists so they can provide a treatment plan that is right for you.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We are happy to charge any spa treatments to your room to be paid upon checkout. We also accept cash and major credit cards.

Is gratuity included?
Each treatment will incur a 20% gratuity charge upon checkout so you can focus on enjoying your spa experience.

What is your cancellation policy?
While we understand life is busy and sometimes plans change, we ask that you provide four hours notice if you need to cancel. No shows will incur full charges for missed appointments.

Can I buy the products used in my spa experience?
Yes, many of our high-quality spa products are available in our Gift Shop located in the hotel lobby.

What products do you use?
Our products are all handmade and organic from Eminence of Hungary. They are free of parabens, animal by-products, propylene glycol, sodium sulfates and other harsh chemicals.

What should I do before my spa experience?
We recommend hydrating before and after your spa treatment as well as relaxing at one of our two pools.

What can I do after my spa experience to continue relaxing?
We recommend drinking plenty of water and relaxing at one of our two pools on property. A peaceful stroll through the on-site gardens or an inventive appetizer in one of our two restaurants will also allow for ultimate relaxation.

What if I want to plan a more personalized spa experience than what is listed on the brochure?
If you would like any kind of custom package or treatment, please speak with one of our spa therapists and they will be happy to plan the perfect spa experience just for you.
