Pop-up Sculpture Park

Drive through the beautiful Hacienda Del Sol and experience incredible art created by nearly 20 artists from the safety of your vehicle.

Hacienda Del Sol and the non-profit organization, SculptureTucson, are partnering to bring Tucson a pop-up Sculpture Park. Guests are invited to drive through the Hacienda Del Sol parking lot to view large-scale sculptures placed among the landscape. Nearly 20 popular artists are participating, many of which are local to the community.

"We're so excited to partner with Hacienda del Sol for this social distancing cultural event because it allows our local artists a stunning outdoor venue in which showcase their works and at the same time gives our local commuity a chance to view some incredible art nestled among the beauty of this property — all from the safety of their vehicles," says Jeff Timan of SculptureTucson. "While the world has changed dramatically over the past few weeks, people still crave connectivity with the things they love — and art has a way of bringing people together, even when we are physically apart."

SculptureTucson, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, was formed by local artists and entrepreneurs Barbara Grygutis, Steve Kimble and Jeff Timan to promote professional development for sculptors and enhance Arizona's cultural landscape through public art projects, workshops and the creation of a sculpture museum park in Tucson. Since then the organization has developed the annual SculptureTucson Festival Show & Sale, which has become the largest outdoor juried sculpture show in Arizona, attracting visitors from around the country, boosts the local economy, and helps local artists make a living through their craft.
