Dine at the Chef’s Table and interact with Executive Chef Bruce Yim and his team as they prepare an award-winning culinary experience just for you.

Experience an evening of exceptional food, drink and a close-up look at Executive Chef Bruce Yim and his team at work in the kitchen. Dining at the Chef’s Table is a truly customized and interactive dining experience. Choose from six specially curated 5-course menus and customizable wine or cocktail options.

The Chef’s Table dining experience requires a minimum of two guests and a maximum of six guests. Date and time is based on availability, Sunday-Thursday.

$100 per person 
($50 deposit per person at the time of booking will be applied to the final bill)

5-course Menus:


Tier 1 Custom Wine or Cocktail Option: $65 per person 
Tier 2 Custom Wine or Cocktail Option: $80 per person

Your customized wine or cocktail menu will include wine, craft cocktails or a flight experience.

Chef's Table reservations must be made at least four days in advance.

Pricing does not include tax or automatic 22% gratuity. Cancellations must occur at least 72 hours prior and reimbursement will be in the form of a Hacienda Del Sol gift card. Date and time of Chef’s Table experiences are based on availability, not available on holidays or during resort-wide events.
